Sadio Mane goal vs Aston Villa: Watch the forward win the match for Liverpool with a deft header in the 95th minute in their Premier League match tonight.
Liverpool extended their 27-match unbeaten run in the Premier League to 28 by beating Aston Villa right at the death. The Reds left the ground with a deficit of one goal and at one point it seemed that they would suffer their first loss in the league this season.
However, Liverpool displayed nerves of steel by overcoming a scrappy Aston Villa side to win yet another match in the Premier League this season. Jurgen Klopp’s men are chasing a maiden Premier league trophy and the possibility happens to increase with each passing week.
The fact that the side snatched victory from the jaws of defeat is testament to their champion attitude. Their will to win is a reflection of their mentality and Sadio Mane is the perfect embodiment of everything that Liverpool stands for today.

Following their draw against Manchester United, Liverpool have launched yet another winning streak in all competitions since. However, it seemed that this streak too would end with a draw. Earlier in the match, Mahmoud Hassan put Aston Villa in the lead in the 21st minute. Both teams left the park at half-time with the score 1-0 in the favour of the home side. Aston Villa carried their lead till the 87th minute before Sadio Mane clipped in a great cross to the back post for Andy Robertson to equalise.
Liverpool will end yet another week on top of the table. Manchester City are still their closest rivals to the title and trail them by 6 points. It looks the league will eventually boil down to the events that occur during Liverpool’s matches with Manchester City.
