Sander Berge to Manchester United? Manchester United fans confused with false reports

Sander Berge to Manchester United? Red Devils fans got confused by reputed journalists breaking false reports over Norweigan joining the club.

Social media erupted after reports started circulating that Noway’s talented star Sander Berger has arrived at the Carrington to complete his medical with Manchester United.

The news of Berge arriving at Manchester United’s training centre was massively reported by English journalists, including Manchester Evening News’ journalist Samuel Luckhurst.

Sander Berge to Manchester United

Manchester United fans were startled by the sudden reports of Norweigan player being spotted at the club with no developing reports around him throughout the winter transfer window.

And the doubt in the minds of many turned out to be true, as soon it was reported to be fake news and it was later informed that the player who has arrived at the training centre was a 15-year-old goalkeeper come to give his medical for the first team squad.

Apparently, the journalists who broke the news has claimed that the player appeared to resemble Berge, which eventually caused confusion to create false reports.

This led to journalists later apologizing for the false updates but the fans online did not spare the opportunity to troll them, and everyone saw it coming as Manchester United fans were overwhelmed by the contradictory reports in a span of few minutes.

Berge is touted to be one of the rising talents and is already nearing a move to Sheffield United. It seemed that the Red Devils have hijacked the deal from the Blades but unfortunately turned out to be false.

The 21-year-old player currently plays at Genk and has made regular appearances for the Belgian club, including in all 6 games his club played in the Champions League this season.

Whereas, Manchester United keep the search for an ideal midfielder open, as they are expected to lose more quality players in the next transfer window.
