Scott Mctominay hyped Manchester United teammates after his side scores third goal against Chelsea

Scott Mctominay hyped Manchester United teammates after his side scored the third goal against Chelsea in a 4-0 thumping win last night.

Manchester United made a spectacular win against Chelsea last night on their first game in the Premier League. The Red Devils were not expected to show such a great display and defeated the Blues in all squares.

The Red Devils were high on passion, and Chelsea’s defence could not manage to thwart even simple chances made by Manchester United. Even though Manchester United were not great but they took advantage of every mistake made by Chelsea.

There is no doubt that the Red Devils were high on confidence, and with Harry Maguire at the back, Ole Solskjaer’s defence was absolutely effective.

In one of the instances, Manchester United’s young midfielder Scott Mctominay was seen motivating his teammates after they scored the third goal, netted inside by Marcus Rashford after a glorious ball from Paul Pogba.

With the United squad celebrating Rashford putting United 3-0 up, most of the players could be forgiven for feeling relaxed at having wrapped up the three points.

Nevertheless, before everybody returned for the kick-off, McTominay made a point of shouting ‘We go again’ during the huddle to encourage his team to bag the fourth goal.

Later, it surely worked, as Manchester United scored another goal to make it 4-0, with Daniel James’ strike, who made his Premier League debut for Manchester United last night.

Probably something a captain of a side will do, and with Manchester United missing a captain like figure in the squad. Mctominay might take that role in coming years if he manages to secure his position in the team.

Manchester United have a long way to go this season, but they certainly have gained momentum with the performance last night.
