Pokimane is one of the most popular female Twitch streamers, with over 9.3 million followers on the streaming platform. She’s well-known for her amusing livestreams. But aside from them, she is also famous among her fans for her stunning beauty.
Lately, “Twitch Queen” got a lot of criticism from the audience. It happened because of her take on fellow Twitch streamer xQc signing a lucrative contract with Kick. But Pokimane calmed down the heat by sharing her childhood pictures.
Fans shower love on Pokimane’s childhood picture
Pokimane recently took to her Twitter to share some pictures of herself. But this time, it was pictures of her from her childhood days. She provided three photos, all of which appeared to be from various years of her childhood.
She was probably a 4-year-old carrying a teddy bear in the first photo. The second and arguably the cutest picture was possibly taken when she was two. Finally, there was a photo of her with the deer, in which she appeared older than in the previous two.
Fans swarmed the comment section of this post with their love. They couldn’t help but praise the Moroccan-Canadian streamer for those adorable baby pictures. Some even shared their childhood pictures in the comment. Someone also nicknamed her younger self ‘Pokimini’ from the photos.
Why was Pokimane getting heat earlier?
As mentioned above, Pokimane was getting a lot of heat from the audience before posting these childhood pictures. The significant reason for that was her take on xQc’s Kick deal. The latter surprised everyone a few weeks ago by signing a lucrative $100 million contract.
She and fellow Twitch streamer Hasan “HasanAbi” Parker were against the deal. They believed xQc would host gambling streams on the rival platform, as Twitch prevents streamers from hosting such controversial live streams.
Because of their comments against xQc, they received a lot of criticism from the fans. The famous YouTube streamer Rachell “Valkyrae” Hofstetter also revealed her friend Poki wasn’t happy about her congratulating xQc on the lucrative deal.
