“It hurts so bad” – IShowSpeed shares massive health concerns while in Tokyo and states not to expect any stream until he’s back in the US

Darren “IShowSpeed” Watkins Jr. is a prominent YouTube live streamer. He is known to provide viewers with gaming and humor-filled videos. But it was on July 28, things took a turn after IShowSpeed showed major health concerns and started having severe migraine pains.

IShowSpeed was in Japan pouring out some of the best live-stream content. He also got to meet some popular celebrities including Kim Kardashian, Ronaldo, and Neymar. He also had plans to provide further engaging content. But now his fans have to wait and pray that he gets well soon. 

Let’s dive in to see what actually happened to IShowSpeed, what the doctors had to say, and how he is doing as per his recent updates. 

IShowSpeed shares massive health concerns while in Tokyo

IShowSpeed’s initial update was him filming himself. He stated in the video that he was having the worst experience of his life. He adds that he is not able to open his eyes and the problem he is having is called cluster headache. According to him, it is a deadly headache disease and tells that he is not able to eat, sleep or do anything. 

He proceeds to add in the video that it felt like something was pounding in his head and that there is no cure for this. The next update came in from his father. He told that he is doing much better now and that he is not feeling himself. But he also adds that IShowSpeed made sure he is taken care of. 

His father thanked his fans by stating that he is working this hard only from the fans. He said his fans to keep encouraging him. There was also an update that stated that he has been taking enough rest in the Tokyo hotel. They also had plans to fly back to the US by Monday if he feels better. 

IShowSpeed posted an update on his Snapchat story which showed a completely swollen eye. He stated in the short story that his eyes and head hurt. He was later taken to a hospital and he made sure to post an update from the ambulance stating that he going to have surgery for his health issue. 

His final update came in only a few hours back. He was discharged from the hospital and was feeling just fine. The doctor has told that the swelling in his eye will reduce as days go by.
