The 23-time Major winner will be taking on Sinner for the third time on Friday. The match is scheduled to begin at 1:30pm (BST) local time on the Centre Court. In the previous two meetings, it was the Serb who emerged on top.

The last time competed against each other was during the quarterfinal at the Wimbledon Championships. It was one of the best comebacks Novak played as he won 5-7, 2-6, 6-3, 6-2, 6-2.

The seven-time champion will enter this match as the favorite. Winning their previous two encounters and with the tremendous form that he is in, one has to give Djokovic the edge in this tie.

However, the Italian has improvised on his game and comes into this match being slightly more experienced than he was when they faced the last time. He has been moving well on the grass court and will look to make it as difficult as possible for the former World No. 1.
