In yet another game that went down to the wire, Jos Buttler won it for Rajasthan Royals carrying his bat till the end with a jaw dropping 95-run knock.

It was a typical Jaipur pitch which was slow and dry. CSK won the toss and chose to bat for a change. MS Dhoni was cheeky at the toss as he said that we had a high committee meeting and decided to bat first, with Michael Slater smiling in sleeves.
After Rayudu was dismissed early by Jofra Archer, Suresh Raina showed one and all why he is such a highly rated T20 batsman. Raina set his attacking mode on as he took on the opposition bowlers with an air of nonchalance.
Raina stacked up his 3rd 50 of the season to set the stage for CSK. Sam Billings and MS Dhoni finished off well and took CSK to a decent 170 odd score.
With some contribution from Sanju Samson and Stuart Binny, Buttler remained not out all through to take Rajasthan home, with a ball remaining.
Twitter went mad after this chase.
Wow @josbuttler proper innings that!

Well played @josbuttler to keep @rajasthanroyals in the play offs race. Very good innings this under pressure and @ChennaiIPL lost nerve in the end. @msdhoni clearly was upset. #RRvsCSK

Haha.
Got to love MSD post-match.
“The bowlers didn’t execute. You can’t keep bowling there.”
“Did we field well? With this XI – you got to know that’s the best we can get.”
Few bosses give more immediate and brutal performance reviews.
