Kurt Angle won every title that the company had to offer which immediately places hi among the greatest to have performed for the WWE. His in ring ability was never in doubt but his charismatic presence was a surprise to even the WWE top brass.

He soon became a mainstay in the WWE main event scene. His matches against the likes of Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero, Shawn Micheals will be remembered as some of the all time great matches. (Twitter Reacts To Kurt Angle’s Entry into the WWE Hall of Fame 2017!)

He headlined Wrestlemania 19 with Brock Lesnar and had one of the best matches on an already stacked match card. He then went to have possibly the best match of his WWE tenure when he wrestled the great HBK at Wrestlemania 21 in which he made Shawn tap out.

He left the WWE in 2006 due to some health issues but his time has always been fondly remembered by wrestling fans all over the globe. While it is frustrating to many that he actually spent the majority of his career in TNA, fan would find solace in the fact that he has finally returned home to the WWE.
