Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate have been going through incredibly tough times for the past couple of months. They were first charged with human trafficking back in June 2022 and were later taken into custody in December 2022. Amidst the charges, the brothers also faced an exodus across major social media platforms. Shortly after their arrest, the Romanian authorities swiftly seized their assets worth around $4 million. However, eight months after their release, Tristan Tate retaliated against the media for reporting an incorrect value of their confiscated assets. Tristan revealed through his recent Tweet that the amount was closer to $16 million instead of the $4 million being reported earlier.
As per reports, the seized $4 million assets included cars like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, and expensive watches, amongst other items. However, Tristan argued that the asset’s value was much more than reported.

Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate, both are known for their controversial opinions. Similarly, the Tate brothers had maintained that they were innocent and that their arrest last year was a setup.
Andrew Tate and his brother’s ongoing court battle
The Tate brothers were released from custody back in March 2023. Thereafter, they were put under house arrest for the next 3-4 months due to flight risk. However, they are not under house arrest anymore and can freely roam inside the borders of Romania.
All of their assets were confiscated by the Romanian authorities, including the famous Bugatti Tate drove around, and he hadn’t gotten it back yet. The duo spend most of their time roaming around the country and giving interviews to select media houses.
The Tate brothers remain confident about their chances of avoiding jail time and maintaining their innocence in the matter. They also have not shed any of their pride, even in a moment of jeopardy.
And are concerned about the reported price of the asset seized as a matter of their public image. It remains unclear what the judgment will be in the court case. However, it is clear that the Tate brothers will not lose their notoriety.
