“F**k*** me that’s who”- Darren Till Becomes The First One To Challenge Nick Diaz

Nick Diaz, the elder of the two Diaz brothers might return to the Octagon in the near future, and it is Darren Till who has presented the first application.

With Nick Diaz set to take the dais after 5 whole years, the process of gauging a potential opponent for him has started. And many fighters are expected to line up, to challenge the 37-year-old. In support, it is Darren Till, who has crossed the threshold first up, and called out Diaz on social media.

Till on Twitter expressed his intentions to fight Nick Diaz, and wrote, “If  Nick Diaz wants to come back & scrap, who’s the biggest star, fight & best fight for him outside the Middleweight champ.? F**k*** me that’s who…”

Nick Diaz Potential Opponent

While, Darren Till has become the first one to challenge him, yet the contest would not get a push, since Till fights in the middleweight division now, whereas Diaz evidently wants to return to the Welterweight section.

This is Nick Diaz earlier today. He weighs in the 175-165 pound range, per his manager Kevin Mubenga. He just completed a 14-week diet and training regimen. This is the first time he cuts weight in approximately four years, Mubenga said. He wanted to do a test cut because he is keeping a close eye on the big welterweight fights coming up. He is “100%” planning on fighting again, per Mubenga, and is targeting an early 2021 return. (📽 @elfrogito)

Even if Till makes himself available for the Welterweight division, the fight may still not proceed, since  The Gorilla is already booked to face Jack Hermansson in December 2020, and moreover, there is room for him to make a major stride to come directly in consideration, on the other hand Nick Diaz would straightaway would be looking for a title bout.Therefore, at this point one among, Tyron Woodley, Colby Covington, and Leon Edwards, could become the top contender to face Diablo in 2021
