After his highly anticipated bout against Gervonta Davis, Ryan Garcia finally lost a fight in his career. Davis caught Garcia with a well-placed left-handed liver punch in the seventh round. Garcia was then forced to take a knee and failed to get back up for the 10 count. The match took place after years of thrash talking between the two. Naturally, Davis’s fans took to social media to mock Garcia, but the young boxer has found someone to defend him in Andrew Tate.

The 24-year-old had an excellent showing last night and showed a lot of aggression against his opponent. However, in doing so, he displayed several defensive liabilities. Davis, who was far more clinical, eventually made him pay the price for it.

Regardless, Tate believes he deserves to be respected and has issued a stern warning against those who think otherwise.

Andrew Tate took to social media and claimed that those who mock Ryan Garcia would be blocked by him. He stated that speaking ill of the defeated boxer was proof of one’s cowardice, before adding that those who had never fought were not qualified to comment on it.

“Any twitter account I see mocking Ryan Garcia is getting blocked. Unless you’ve been in the ring yourself, you are not qualified to say a WORD,” Tate wrote. “Always a coward who has so much to say from outside the gladiator pit. The worst types of people.”

Ryan Garcia says he couldn’t breathe after getting punched

Ryan Garcia had a delayed reaction to the punch. But once he fell on one knee, he couldn’t get himself up no matter what.

After the fight, Davis revealed that he thought his opponent was going to get up. He even looked at him and asked him to get up, but was simply met with a shake of the head.

Garcia explained that he was trying to get up, but he simply couldn’t breathe.

“I couldn’t breathe,” Garcia said. “I just couldn’t get up. … He just caught me with a good shot. I don’t want to make no excuses in here.”

Despite the loss, Garcia has no desire to seek vengeance. Instead, he wants to go back to competing in the junior welterweight, where he’ll chase his first world championship.
