Jorge Masvidal who has been in the thick of things for the last couple of weeks, has again raised the eyebrows by meeting the required weight successfully.
Coming in the fight, “Gamebred” only had six days to prepare. The very six days in which he had to go through a compulsory quarantine, a number of COVID checks, and had to cut 20-lbs in order to become eligible to fight. At the time the fight got finalized Jorge was close to 190-lbs, and in the short notice period he has done the unthinkable, as earlier he was found at 170-lbs at the weigh-in segment.
