UFC is known to be a place where free speech is something they have always had. Dana White has always stated that they don’t tell what the fighters here what they should or should not say. This, however, could be challenged looking at some of the things in the UFC.

The fighters used to walk out with sponsors on their shorts and T-shirts, which was banned by the UFC. The Reebok deal came in and screwed the fighters, which is what all of them believe. The fighters, however, won’t land in a good spot if they voice their opinion on this.

The ban of national flag can be due to various reasons and one of them being Russia Ukraine war. Things are already heated up in the outside world, as we are among a pandemic and a war. The UFC thinks it doesn’t need any more drama.

As it is always a proud moment for a fighter to have his national flag when he wins inside the octagon, some decisions are such that fighters don’t voice their opinions about. There was some resistance or mentions of this issue here and there, but not a major one.
