2022 was an excellent year for Valorant skins. We saw the best skins, like the Glitchpop and Reaver, while there were some mediocre ones. We will not name them for ours and your sake. However, we CAN name the best ones in the game. Let us look at the top 5 Phantom Skins in 2022.

Top 5 Phantom Skins in Valorant (2022)

 #5 – Blast X Phantom

The Blast X will appeal to gamers who grew up playing Nerf in their backyards! It makes similar shooting sounds; the reload animation is crisp, and the bullet shells are like Nerf bullets. There are four color variants and many levels to upgrade. What else do you want?

#4 – Glitchpop Phantom

A personal favorite. The Glitchpop Phantom is one of the best skins due to its cyberpunk-type look. The doodles, toned neon lighting, signs, animation, and the shooting sound is *chef’s kiss.* In addition, the after-effects of shooting are colored smoke from the gun. The finishing animation is brilliant too.

#3 – RGX/ChronoVoid

This one is a tie due to an overload of options. These two are too good to be ignored. The shooting sounds from both of them trigger something in our minds. In addition, the reload animation, the inner workings of the gun, and the color options offer a complete package every player wants from a Phantom.

#2 – Protocol 781-A/Ion Phantom

Another tie for second place. The sound out of the Protocol Phantoma and the last kill animation will boost anyone’s dopamine. Ion Phantom is no exception. It has a crispy reload, beautiful inner workings that look like an energy core, and a satisfying final-kill animation. These guns are a good deal if you can get them at a discount.

#1 –  Reaver/ Prime/ Oni Phantom

Three skins to rule them all. The Reaver has a satisfying shooting sound, the Prime Phantom has bullet tracers that can help you control recoil better, and the Oni Phantom is a classic. These three have had our attention for the whole year and are good pickups if they are in your night market.

Which one is your favorite? Did it make the list? Let us know in the comments below.
