MrBeast, the largest individual YouTuber has now made it to the cover of Forbes 30 under 30. After having a fruitful year in 2022, he will enter 2023 with even more ambitious projects and videos with better production quality. His net worth reportedly doubled in 2022 and is on a continuous rise.
According to Forbes, MrBeast might be on the way to becoming the first YouTube billionaire, as well.

Not only did MrBeast make it to Forbes 30 under 30, but the magazine also did an interview with him where he shared the inner workings of his mind. “They still just don’t truly understand the influence a lot of creators have,” says MrBeast upon realizing the year he has had.
Through his journey, the YouTuber has grown into a businessman. Not only does he have multiple YouTube channels, but he is also taking his business offline. Donaldson sold 4 million Feastables bars, while his MrBeast burger was also a huge hit with the people.
Donaldson also has a studio, which he is the sole owner of. However, he is looking to change that and will give away 10 percent of it. It could cost $150 million. With this estimate, his studio could be valued at $1.5 billion and since he will have 90%, he will be valued at $1.4 billion. For now, Forbes takes his net worth to be estimated at $500 million.
“Your probability of being a billionaire is higher if you don’t make that your goal,” Donaldson says.

Just focus on making a company that is dope
MrBeast has been working towards making content that makes his audience happy. If in the process, he can do something for the people, he welcomes that, too.
“It’s pretty simple. Honestly, I got my first brand deal for $10,000 and I gave it away. I got it, went outside, and gave it to a homeless person. I don’t want to play it up too much. It just felt good. It’s a world where I take 10 grand and light it on fire and make 20 grand.”
This year, MrBeast truly showed he is a risk taker. It is reflected in his ambitious projects for his videos and his elaborate business ideas. According to Forbes, although his Feastables sold more, it was his MrBeast burgers that had a bigger reach. In 2021, the burgers had $70 million in annual sales, and this year, the chain is nearing $100 million in sales.
Most subbed YouTube in 2022
“If we manage to stay the largest YouTube channel in the world for the next 5 to 10 years, the opportunities are limitless,” says Donaldson.
Donaldson might just be the right person to give a lecture on how to be the king of the platform. Recently, he managed to topple PewDiePie from the status of the most subscribed individual YouTuber.
