Virat Kohli has come out in public to clear the air about his addiction to chips.

Virat Kohli has become India’s fitness icon. He is very vocal about staying fit and keeps urging the countrymen to take out time and play some sports to keep themselves fit.

However, recently his pictures of eating chips have been circulating on social media. The skipper then took to Twitter to tell his side of the story.

Kohli fans were irked when they saw pictures of Kohli gorging on chips. Given that the Indian Captain urges people to eat healthy and avoid junk food.

However, things are still to get completely clarified. For the same, Kohli has asked his fans to tune in to the first strategic timeout of tonight’s game between Chennai Super Kings and Kings XI Punjab. The Indian Captain said,

“Tune in to the 1st strategic timeout of the 8 pm IPL match tonight, and I assure you, you will have answers to your questions.

“Before I reveal my reasons, I would like to mention that I have always been and will continue to be very vocal and passionate about the importance of eating healthy. Every individual has his own fitness level and I strongly believe we must do what works best for our bodies. Personally, I love to eat home-cooked meals whenever possible but my guilty pleasure is chips! Which is why you have seen me bingeing on them of late,” the Royal Challengers Bangalore Captain posted on twitter.

Recently, Royal Challengers Bangalore were ruled out of the IPL after a loss against Rajasthan Royals. RCB who were on a late surge were expected to sneak in to the playoffs but their famed batting fell like nine pins against the leg spin of Ish Sodhi and Shreyas Gopal.

Although AB de Villiers scored a lone standing half century, RCB lost the match comprehensively and were ruled out of IPL 2018.
