Warzone 2 JGOD's Overpowered Basilisk Snakeshot Loadout; But There's a Catch!

Warzone 2 has no shortage of overpowered weapons. Even secondary weapons can do lethal damage. One of them is the Basilisk.

The game is at such a stage where every weapon has the potential to be one of the best. The secondary weapons with attachments like the X-12 Akimbo and the Basilisk Snakeshot can take out enemies in close-range combat without any problems. However,k if you want to use the Snakeshot attachment, the Basilisk will shoot like a shotgun, bursting out pellets. Out of 8 pellets, at least 4 should hit in a single round to 2 shots a person.

You have to possess an excellent aim to take advantage of the Snakeshot. Let us take a look at JGOD’s class after he did a careful analysis of the gun.

JGOD’s Basilisk Snakeshot Loadout in Warzone 2; Close-Range Monster

  • Rear Grip – Bryson WD-85 Grip
  • Loader – S-40 Rapid Loader
  • Ammunition – .500 Snakeshot,
  • Trigger Action – Bryson Match Grade
  • Barrel – 10.5” FTac Arrow

The first attachment we will use is the Bryson WD-85 Grip which will help with recoil control. You will need it after seeing how much this gun shoots up after each shot. The S-40 Rapid Loader will help us increase our mobility. Note that this gun takes more than 5 shots to kill at medium ranges, so only pull it out at close ranges.

Next is the .500 Snakeshot, which will turn this gun into a shotgun. It takes two shots at close range, but its damage falls off CONSIDERABLY after 5 to 10 meters.

The Bryson Match Grade Trigger Action will increase the fire rate and aim idle stability of the gun. The last attachment will be a Barrel. The 10.5” FTac Arrow will be a great addition to this loadout as it adds damage range, bullet velocity, hip-fire accuracy, and movement speed to the gun.

Now, the catch is that, out of the 8 pellets, at least four have to register to two-shot someone. The gun only has 5 shots, so you HAVE to make your shots count. Plus, it is only viable at short ranges; any medium-range gunfight will not be preferable for this gun. So make sure you take caution.
