Watch: Eden Hazard scores elegant chip goal for Real Madrid, as he opens his goalscoring tally for Los Blancos against Granada in La Liga.

Eden Hazard joined Real Madrid this summer from Chelsea but was criticized by the fans over his lack of scoring and fitness issues, since he was deemed as the replacement to Cristiano Ronaldo.

But the Belgian International has now finally opened his scoring for Los Blancos, as he scores an incredible goal against Granada in La Liga 2019/20.

Granada lost the ball in a crucial area and Federico Valverde reacts quickly to make a through ball for the Belgian International. Then, Hazard dribbles the ball up front.

He took a long touch, which enabled him to beat the Granada defender. In reaction, Rui Silva comes upfront but Hazard made a graceful chip and the ball went inside the net to make it 2-0 for Real Madrid before the half-time.

Real Madrid further extends the lead after Luka Modric scored a phenomenal goal in the 61st minute of the game. Thus making it 3-0. However, Real Madrid was later pressured as Granada scored 2 goals in the second half to make it 3-2.

Nevertheless, the game was settled in the end, as James Rodriguez scored a last-minute goal to make it 4-2 and impossible for Granada to recover in the end.

This thing has been regular in Real Madrid’s game this season, where they have allowed easy goals even after having full control of the game. On the other hand, Hazard had a good game, as he even provided an assist in the same game.

Real Madrid made a good start to La Liga, and are leading the league table, with their arch-rivals trailing by 5 points but the Catalans have a game spare in hand. Let’s see if Hazard can anchor Los Merengues to league glory this season.
