Watch MS Dhoni bowl: Veteran Indian player Dhoni bowls leg spin during the training session ahead of West Indies Vs India game.

India are in a sensational run of form and nearing towards their third successive World Cup semi-final. The men in blue have a huge challenege on Thursday, as they will face mighty West Indians in the next clash.

Indian team are reportedly preparing for the tie, as the Blue contingent polished themselves today in the nets. However, something unusual was spotted in the practice session, where India’s most senior player at the World Cup MS Dhoni was seen practicing leg spin in the nets.

It surely made Indian fans on social media frenzy, as his sudden bowling practice made everyone curious about the purpose of this unexpected activity, and made them wondering, is India planning a surprise for tomorrow?

Watch the video

In the video, you can see that Dhoni is delivering a leg spin bowl to an Indian batsman, the mere act raises several questions. The first and foremost, Will Dhoni be doing fielding tomorrow, instead of wicket-keeping?

If yes, then who will replace him behind the wickets?Dinesh Karthik or Rishabh Pant, as they are the only natural wicket keepers remaining after Dhoni in the Indian cricketing squad.

Presently, India doesn’t have any fresh injury after Shikhar Dhawan and Bhuvneshwar Kumar, but Indian skipper Virat Kohli can experiment bringing more depth into the batting lineup by giving a cap to either Karthik or Pant in place of Vijay Shankar, as India would be required to create a high score on board to out-beat West Indies’ lethal batting lineup.

Probably, India is considering to give an element of surprise to their next opponents, which can leave them off-guard on the field on Thursday.
