Breezango Defeats Imperium to Capture Their First Ever Title In WWE

Breezango defeats Imperium (Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel0) to become the new Tag team champions of NXT.

In the NXT after Takeover XXX, Breezango viz. Fandango and Tyler Breeze have emerged to capture the tag team gold. Breezango became the no.1 contenders after prevailing in the triple threat match at the before show of Takeover XXX, where they defeated Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch and Legado del Fantasma (Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza)

Emporium Vs. Breezango, was the first match of the night– which was kicked-off by the new NXT champion Karrion Kross with an announcement that he will be vacating the title, following a shoulder injury that was inflicted at the takeover show.

Imperium Vs. Breezango: Match Summary

It was a match where even a blink of an eye was impossible to afford. Both the tag teams were so ingrained into the match, that no dull moment got filtered out. The contest saw some high flying action, athletic kicks, and an impressive team work from both ends. No team could control the proceedings for a major period, and the outcome could have been in anyone’s favor, until Breezango with a dexterous display, where a combination of superkicks from Breeze on both Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel0, made them vulnerable to ultimately set them up in a position where Fandango nailed a double leg-drop to close the match.
