Bayley reveals that she was never close with the other Four Horsewomen

Bayley reveals that she was never close with the other Four Horsewomen and felt like an outcast among the other members of the group.

Bayley, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks are part of an elite group of women in the WWE known as the Four Horsewomen. They have never been a part of a stable together. However, they have been dubbed so for being exceptional in their division.

Off all of them however, Bayley has kind off been the odd one out. While Charlotte, Becky and Sasha were called up together, Bayley was called alone a whole year later. Until her heel turn, she was also the only one with a character that lacked edge. It seems that the sentiment is shared by the first ever Women’s Grand Slam Champion.

Bayley opened up on her friendship with the other members of the Horsewomen. She revealed that she felt like an outcast among them and isn’t close with them except for Sasha.

“I was kind of like the outcast because Sasha was very close with Charlotte, and they would travel together all the time and then she got very close with Becky, and then they travelled together all the time,” Bayley told Stone Cold during her appearance on the Broken Skulls Sessions podcast.

“But I was never very close with any of them, you know, until maybe like, obviously when we started doing the [NXT TakeOver] Brooklyn stuff, but then Sasha and I started getting closer and closer. We were always super close. Text all the time, but when it came to traveling and outside of that stuff, I was never like that with Charlotte or Becky.

Despite seeing herself as an outcast however, Bayley does not believe she is inferior to them. If anything, she is of the opinion that she will outlast all of them.

“I thought I was always like super different [than them,] and I thought I was always going to be the one to outlast all of them and be the most consistent one,” she revealed. “I guess I just saw myself differently because I had a different style, I guess. And in my own head, I just had to keep believing that I’m the best one.”

Like most combat sports enthusiasts, his passion for watching people fight began with WWE when he witnessed a young Brock Lesnar massacre Hulk Hogan back in 2002. This very passion soon branched out to boxing and mixed martial arts. Over the years he fell in love with the theatrics that preceded the bell and the poetic carnage that followed after. Each bruise a story to tell, each wound a song of struggle, his greatest desire is to be there to witness it all. His favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and he believes that GSP is the greatest to ever step foot inside the octagon. Apart from wrestling, he is also fond of poetry and music.
