The Cenation Leader has been married to Shay Shariatzadeh since October 2020. After dating each other for nearly two years, both got married in an attorney’s office in Tampa, Florida. 1) Victoria (2002):
The Cenation Leader made his main roster debut in 2002, and the same year, he started dating Victoria. The former WWE Diva opened up about her relationship with Cena in 2012.
During the interview, Victoria admitted that she and John Cena dated each other for around a month. It was the time when they both used to live in Louisville, and the former WWE Diva was married but separated.
2) Mickie James (2008-2010):
In 2008, John Cena and Mickie James were featured together for some time. The whole on-screen romance angle ended up turning into a real-life relationship. Although both kept a tight lid on their affair, things got out after Mickie left WWE in 2010.
Besides, out of all his girlfriends, John Cena has been criticized the most for dating her. There were rumors that his first marriage ended because of that relationship.
In fact, Mickie James was also engaged to fellow WWE superstar, Kenny Dykstra at that time. Kenny broke up with her after knowing about the affair and, allegedly, lost his job because of Cena.
1) Nikki Bella (2012-2018):
Well, it would not be wrong to say Nikki Bella was the most talked-about girlfriend of John Cena. In 2012, Cena divorced his first wife and Nikki broke up with Dolph Ziggler. Both started dating each other the same year and were featured together on Total Divas 2013.
The power couple had an unorthodox relationship because when Nikki wanted to get married, Cena referred and when the latter wanted, the former refused.
Anyway, after dating each other for 5 years and being engaged for a year, both officially parted ways in 2018. While Cena got married in 2020, Nikki Bella tied the knot with Artem Chigvintsev last year.
