After politely refusing, Katie thought that she had heard the last of the WWE ad, but she was mistaken. Her phone buzzed repeatedly with the music 8 more times. Every time Katie answered, she bellowed in anger.
The radio host figured out an innovative way to trick her each time. At one point, Katie answered the phone and prepared to go on a tirade.
But she immediately took back her words when she learned that the caller represented the US Military. Once again, Katie was caught off-guard when the caller revealed that John Cena from the US Marines needed her support.
Ultimately, Katie was let in on the joke. She may have had the worst morning dealing with nagging wrestling ad calls, but the prank call skit made millions of people laugh. The prank call even garnered over 50 million views on YouTube.
