Margot Robbie immediately told WWE Superstar that she used to sleep next to his life-size cardboard cut-out within five seconds of meeting him.

It is not uncommon for WWE Superstars to have their posters or in this case, life-size cardboard cut-outs in other people’s rooms. However, not a lot of them have probably had oscar nominated actress Margot Robbie come and say that to them.

That however, is exactly what happened to John Cena when he met the Australian actress for the first time. The two who will feature in James Gunn’s upcoming film, The Suicide Squad, recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live which is when she made the hilarious revelation.

Margot Robbie told WWE Superstar John Cena that she used to sleep next to his life-size cardboard cut-out

“As a late teen, early 20s, I had a boyfriend who was obsessed with John Cena. So much so, that he dressed as John Cena for his 21st birthday and had a cardboard cut-out of John Cena in his bedroom. So I slept in a room for two years with a life-size cardboard cut-out of John Cena in the room [laughs].”

“I remember thinking, ‘I wonder if now that I’m going to work with John Cena, should I tell him [the cardboard cut-out story] or is that going to be weird?’ And I thought, ‘I’m just going to keep that to myself, I’m not going to tell him. That would be a weird way to start our working relationship and friendship.’ Then five seconds into meeting him, I was like, ‘I used to sleep in a room with a life-size cut-out of you.'”

Guest host Anthony Anderson then jokingly presented John Cena with a cardboard cut-out of Margot Robbie.

Like most combat sports enthusiasts, his passion for watching people fight began with WWE when he witnessed a young Brock Lesnar massacre Hulk Hogan back in 2002. This very passion soon branched out to boxing and mixed martial arts. Over the years he fell in love with the theatrics that preceded the bell and the poetic carnage that followed after. Each bruise a story to tell, each wound a song of struggle, his greatest desire is to be there to witness it all. His favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and he believes that GSP is the greatest to ever step foot inside the octagon. Apart from wrestling, he is also fond of poetry and music.
