Paul Heyman says WWE Superstar could main event Wrestlemania with Roman Reigns. He lavished huge praise and compared him to the Tribal Chief.
Roman Reigns is at his absolute best at the moment. If there were any doubts, the Tribal Chief silenced those noises with an emphatic win over Daniel Bryan and Edge in the main event of Wrestlemania 37. He followed that with another massive win over Daniel Bryan and exiling him from SmackDown and possibly even the WWE.
The Head of the table will likely take on Cesaro at Wrestlemania Backlash but his special counsel, Paul Heyman, is already looking way ahead into the future. Speaking to Complex, Heyman discussed a WWE superstar who reminded him of Reigns himself.
Paul Heyman says WWE Superstar could main event Wrestlemania with Roman Reigns
“My god, Big E. How could I not show respect to Big E? This man could potentially main event a WrestleMania with Roman Reigns. I’m not supposed to show respect to Big E? Come on, let’s upgrade the product. Let’s move it forward. Let’s be more progressive in our pursuit of where sports entertainment is headed and anybody else that’s out there today. And thank you for noticing.”
“Big E is in the same position that Roman Reigns was in when he broke away from The Shield. I mean, there is greatness inside of Big E, and it is just coming to the surface now. Imagine what Big E is going to be like a year from now when he’s a year removed from the New Day.”
Heyman is known to advocate for younger talent. Big E has long been on his radar as one for the future. This match may or may not occur in the future. However, the fact that Heyman is openly speaking on the matter is a positive sign for the former Intercontinental Champion.
