WWE Royal Rumble Date and Time: The road to Wrestlemania begins with the Royal Runble but what date and time does it air in the USA?
It’s January, you know what that means. The WWE have now begun to lay the bricks for Wrestlemania in a few months’ time and it all begins this Sunday at Royal Rumble. New storylines will potentially start while directions become clearer. This will also be the first Royal Rumble event since the passing of Pat Patterson, the creator of the Royal Rumble match.

Royal Rumble 2021, the 34th edition of the event, is one of the most awaited pay per views in the WWE, perhaps only behind Wrestlemania. Despite the lack of crowds, the event is still hugely anticipated while the fan fervor remains the same.
WWE Royal Rumble Date and Time
The pay per view take place on January 31, 2021. It will emanate from the Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida. The show will stream live on the WWE Network beginning at 7 p.m. ET following a one-hour kickoff show beginning at 6 p.m. If you do not have the WWE network, then you’ll need to contact your local cable provider and pay a separate fee to watch.
The 2021 Royal Rumble will feature the defense of both the Universal and WWE Championship as well as the the Women’s tag team championship. What the audience will tune in for however, is the men’s and women’s Royal Rumble match.

- Asuka and Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler – WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match
- Drew McIntyre (c) vs. Goldberg – WWE Championship match
- Roman Reigns (c) (with Paul Heyman) vs. Kevin Owens – Last Man Standing match for the WWE Universal Championship
- Women’s Royal Rumble match
- Men’s Royal Rumble match
