2017 can be said as the year of dream matches as the WWE Universe have been able to rejoice several matches that were deemed impossible a few years back.

Matches such as AJ Styles vs. Finn Balor, Brock Lesnar vs. Samoa Joe has made 2017 quite a unique year for the WWE. It seems that the WWE is on the path to continue this trend as it has been speculated that AJ Styles will face Shinsuke Nakamura at the “Grandest Stage of Them All”.

Styles and Nakamura recently closed WWE’s tour of Europe at Florence, Italy, during which the duo had a face-off with the crowd behind them.

Styles challenged Nakamura to come front if he wants Styles at WrestleMania to which Nakamura obliged instantly. Aftermath, Styles capped off the segment by saying “Too Sweet”.

The match between Styles and Nakamura has been one of the most anticipated matches in recent times. The hype behind the match originated when the duo delivered an all-time classic at Wrestle Kingdom 10.

Ever since their arrival from NJPW they have been kept apart, fans got to savour a bit when they clashed at Money In The Bank for a brief time, but they left the fans wanting more, and that might be a reality soon if everything goes as planned.

Styles is currently scheduled to face Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series and is planned to continue his unfinished feud against Jinder Mahal.

Meanwhile, Nakamura has no plans on the main roster after he was scooted away from the title picture following defeats to Jinder Mahal at recent pay-per-views.
