Dave received his Grammy on the same day when Kobe Bryant’s helicopter crashed resulting in the death of Kobe Bryant and 8 others. He shared why he didn’t go to the Grammy grant capacity to get the honor since he couldn’t beat Kobe’s passing.
Dave in his video said “ I loved Kobe Byrant. He died the day I won a Grammy.that’s why I didn’t show up at the Grammys. They had both his jersey number hanging up. 8, 24 well that’s my birthday. I cried like a baby.”
The comedian discussed about the police brutality that caused George Floyd’s death, Kobe Bryant’s tragedy, and the hypocrisy of conservative TV host Laura Ingraham.
