Ben Simmons & FaZe Clan: Ben Simmons of the Sixers has invested in Esports organization FaZe Clan. Professional athletes like David Beckham have begun investing in Esports organisations. Ben Simmons is the latest to invest.
FaZe Clan, the North American Esports organisation have announced that Ben Simmons of the Philadelphia Seven-Sixers has agreed to join the organization as a brand ambassador and investor. He will be using the nickname FaZe “Simmo.”
Ben Simmons has always been enthusiastic about gaming since his teenage years. Not only that, the 2 time NBA All-Star has also participated in FaZe Clan events and also interacted with the roster and staff. When the league was suspended due to the corona virus, the Ben was streaming Call of Duty: Warzone on Twitch.
FaZe Clan took to Twitter to announce that Ben Simmons has joined the organization.

Forbes reported that Ben Simmons’ investment is part of the B round of funding which is still going on. However, both the terms of the investment & the amount has not been disclosed.
According to the statement by FaZe Clan, Ben Simmons will be an ambassador for the organization. Ben will also be actively involved in expanding FaZe Clan globally.
