Some of his in-game gear is really iconic, and recently a lot of players have been hunting the game for them. He is extremely stylish, and acquiring some of his items will be extremely useful too.

The Malorian 3516 Arm Pistol, tank top and the iconic Porsche 911 turbo are some of the items which you can get. Johnny Silverhand’s Tank Top

This is the easiest to acquire among Johnny’s items. But, you need to complete the main storyline to get it. After you finish the main story, you will get a side-job called Tapeworm. During this mission, you will chat with another character. After this, head over to Hotel Pistis Sophia, and you will get the Tank Top for free.

Johnny Silverhand’s Car, Jacket & Gun

After you complete the Tapeworm mission, you will unlock another side-quest called Chippin’ In. You will be able to get both Johnny’s Car and Gun in this. In this, Johnny will request to take control of V and allow it. After a night of drunken wandering, you will get Johnny’s Aviators. Rogue will contact you the next day and offer you Johnny’s Samurai Jacket.

Once you finish most of the mission, you will come face-to-face with Grayson, one of Johnny’s enemies. The Malorian 3516 pistol will be lying next to his feet. You can go ahead and grab it, and you will acquire this powerful firearm.

Then, you will be offered a choice, either kill or spare Grayson. If you choose to spare him, he will give you a keycard as gratitude, and direct you to a shipping container. Lower it with the control manual, and you will find the spectacular Porsche 911 Turbo inside. If you choose not to spare Grayson and kill him, you can loot the Keycard from his body, but you will not know what to do with it.
