“Steph Curry does not care about personal accolades”: Warriors star’s wife Ayesha Curry has special message for fans after Steph’s 62 point night vs Blazers
Ayesha Curry congratulates her husband Steph Curry on his incredible 62 point performance against the Portland Trail Blazers.
Steph Curry put the whole league on notice last night. He dropped a career high 62 points, making the 32 year old the second oldest player in NBA history to score 60+ points in game. The oldest would be Kobe Bryant at 37 years old.
The Blazers had little to no answer to Steph as he delved deep into his bag and pulled out all the stops to get to his spots. He got going by taking the Blazers big man off the dribble and going strong to the hole. When his shots started to fall in, he began draining them, one after another, from beyond the arc.
The performance was so impressive that it warranted reactions from quite nearly the entirety of the NBA world, and most importantly, his wife Ayesha Curry.

With Steph dropping a career and Chase Center high, Ayesha Curry knew she had to take to Instagram to congratulate her husband. She posted a video of her brother-in-law Damion Lee drenching Steph with the obligatory, ‘you need to cool down’ water celebration.

She captioned it by congratulating Curry on his accomplishment and also claiming that Steph Curry cares more about the fact that the Warriors got the win, rather than his new career high. She ended the post with “dubnation forever!”
The Warriors are still finding their footing with this revamped roster. They are currently are a respectable 3-3 for the season and have ample time to improve.
With Draymond Green back in lineup and Andrew Wiggins and Kelly Oubre gradually making their presence felt, the Warriors have the firepower to remain relatively competitive in this Western Conference
