“Kevin Love stole $120 million from Cleveland Cavaliers”: Collin Sexton causes uproar after liking a tweet with this statement

Collin Sexton has had a pretty good run as a likeable player in NBA fans’ eyes. But that run may have been put paid to with his like on a Kevin Love post.

Collin Sexton has been fighting what seems like a lone ranger’s battle for the Cavs. He started the season off in rude form, but it has dropped off just like the Cavs of late. Sexton and his Cavs are practically out of the picture for the play-in game.

Sexton’s personal stats – shooting splits and box scores – have themselves been affected. He looked like a fringe All-Star earlier in the season, but that bit is now out of the window.

He’s also in hot water because of the latest slip of his social media fingers, which people have taken note of.

Collin Sexton flamed for liking hate post on Kevin Love

Kevin Love returned to action for all of 2 minutes in the Cavs’ game against Atlanta on Sunday. Many people suggest that he went back to his locker room with the fear that he’d reinjure his right calf.

Love is one of the worst negative assets in the league today. Andre Drummond is a max contract player on some nights, but it is doubtful whether Love will ever be back at that level even on a ruddy good team.

Collin Sexton is the major ray of hope for the Cavs at this point. He needs to be developing into a leader, but the young’n was spotted liking the above tweet.

Sexton has revealed in the past that he doesn’t run his social media accounts – his brother does. Perhaps this was his brother venting his frustration at yet another L for the Cavs.

You have to feel for both Sexton and Love in this situation. It would be a huge stretch to say that Love is enjoying his experience, but you can’t really blame Sexton for wanting to be rid of a teammate who’s provided the lowest return for his contract value among every NBA player for the past few years.
