Ric Flair names his four greatest wrestlers of all time
Arguably the greatest wrestler to ever step in between the ropes, Ric Flair has had a legendary career. The 16 time champion was sensational in his prime and inspired the next generation of wrestlers.
The likes of Triple H, Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart to name a few consider Flair to be their hero. While Flair is getting on these days, the legendary figure still makes a few sporadic appearances for the WWE.
In a recent interview Flair named his Mount Rushmore of wrestling in which he included himself, Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold and The Rock.

It is tough to argue against his choices really. Hogan transcended wrestling and was a huge reason why the WWE became a world wide phenomenon. Vince must take a lot of credit as well, but without Hogan he would not have had the vehicle to market his vision for the company.
Stone Cold’s place in history can never be doubted as many wonder if the WWE would have survived the war against WCW without him. Austin’s brash blue collared attitude was instantly latched on by the fans and made him immensely popular.
And then comes The Rock. Probably the most charismatic superstar to ever grace the ring, the Rock was truly an icon. While he left the company to pursue a Hollywood career, his return in 2011 was heraladed as one of the greatest returns in WWE history.
It is tough though to neglect the contribution of the Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Bret Hart and John Cena to the company. All of them have been a huge part of WWE’s success and have played a role in building the WWE brand.
But hey, who are we to doubt the Nature Boy!
