Dwyane Wade expresses how much Candace Parker means to him on Inside the NBA
Dwyane Wade and Candace Parker have always been close. And ever since both of them became co-hosts on TNT’s Inside the NBA, fans have gotten a weekly dosage of their shenanigans along with the rest of their crew.
While viewers had seen them getting along and laughing together though, their more emotional side towards each other was never exposed. But that all changed with the most recent issue of Inside the NBA. D-Wade talked about how he first met Candace and how they’ve enjoyed a brother-sister dynamic, but as equals:
“Candace knows that she’s a sister to me. But I don’t look at her as a little sister, I look at her as my equal. With respect to everything she’s accomplished in sports, everything she’s accomplished as a mother, in business.”
“We talk about this set, and I don’t know who works that hard up there. Shaq’s got more commercials, but Candace works, she’s got 9 different jobs.”
