“Face your fears, Chuck!”: Charles Barkley recoils in horror as a live snake and circus enter Inside the NBA sets after he presses the GUARANTEE button

Charles Barkley is treated with a little surprise after he guarantees that Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets will progress to the Conference finals.

As fans now know, Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets have been utterly dominated by the Phoenix Suns so far in the series. And there are several reasons that contribute to this.

First of all, the franchise is missing a healthy primary scoring option. Michael Porter Jr. did relatively well in that role, before eventually tweaking his back in game one. And, unfortunately for the team, Jokic isn’t quite good enough as a scorer to be the primary option against the Suns.

Moreover, their defense has been passable at best in this postseason. And while they got away with it against the Blazer, the Suns are hardly as kind or merciful. And the end result there doesn’t look too pretty for Denver.

Despite all this though, NBA legend Charles Barkley chose to guarantee the Nuggets winning this series prior to game-1. And well, the shenanigans that unfolded right he pressed the button are more than just must-see TV.

The Inside crew busts out an entire circus after Chuck presses the guarantee button in favor of Nikola Jokic’s Nuggets

Over the last few weeks, the Chuckster’s guarantee button has become somewhat of a running gag within TNT’s ‘Inside the NBA’.

For those who don’t know how it works, sometimes Charles Barkley makes a prediction for which team will win a series. And when he makes a prediction that he is incredibly, and sometimes inanely sure about, he will press the button on his desk, which announces his guarantee.

Now, every time Chuck presses the button, the post pressing shenanigans just get more extreme. The last time he did this, there was a ton of confetti and balloons dropped onto the stage. But this time, well, take a look at the tweet below.

Yep, not only did they bring out an actual circus, but a real, living, hissing, snake onto the episode. And well, we must say, Charles Barkley was all of us in this clip.

All the fun and tomfoolery aside, since Chuck’s guarantee, the Nuggets got blown out by 25 in game-2. And as a result of that, they currently sit 0-2 in this series.

Can the team prove Charles Barkley, right? Can they really come back to upstage the favorites?

Only time will tell.
