“Shaquille O’Neal is your big Kevin Samuels now”: Lakers legend announces the release of Love Shaq University on the Big Podcast
Dr. Shaquille O’Neal is now indulging in yet another avatar in his post-playing days. His work this time will be that of a love guru!
The Big podcast hosted by TNT is one of their best additions to their portfolio. Hosted by Shaquille O’Neal and his team of enthusiastic media people, we’ve already been given some great snippets that we can’t get during ‘Inside the NBA’.
We’re seeing Shaq even dole out relationship and love advice for youngsters who’re his fans. It’s not that Shaq wasn’t approachable before (he is one of the biggest sweethearts out there), it’s just that he’s now on a platform that will reach out to millions in a very different way.
Shaquille O’Neal volunteers to be a love guru with Love Shaq University
The Big Shaq podcast is unveiling this new feature where Shaq will interact with fans for love advice. The crew discussed this in the backdrop of a woman proposing to her partner with a ring, which Shaq finds really adorable:
“Oh stop it, stop it. I love women. Traditions change, this ain’t the old ways! You women are in control now, you women are bossing around, you women are CEOs now.”
“If you as a woman wanna take control and get a ring and go out and say it, oh that’s so sexy! I’d be like (mimes an excited woman) so freaking happy!”
The big fella is going to be schooling a few lucky listeners of the Big Shaq podcast in matters of the heart. Shaquille O’Neal takes a ton of pride in this role as well, judging from his reaction to this revelation on the podcast:
“I’m your big Kevin Samuels now. You’re average as f***!”

The people out there at the Big Shaq podcast have even come up with a worthy acronym for this: LSU! LSU, in this case, stands for Love Shaq University – neat, wouldn’t you say?
