NFL Rookie Contracts: Trevor Lawrence was the latest high profile rookie to sign his first NFL deal as put pen to paper with the Jaguars.
The Jacksonville rookie signed a four-year $36.8 million contract yesterday. The contract also comes with a $24 million signing bonus.
His rookie deal also comes with the standard fifth year team option, and the majority of Lawrence’s compensation will be paid between 2022 and 2024.

The Falcons tight end is no slouch either as his combination of skill, athletic ability, and physique is basically unheard of in football.
#3. Ja’Marr Chase, Cincinnati Bengals: Four Years, $30.8 million
The Bengals chose to reunite Joe Burrow with his prolific LSU wide receiver, and the hope is they can bolster an abysmal Bengals offense this year.
#4. Jaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins: Four Years, $27 million
Another reunion with the hopes of electrifying an offense comes in the shape of a Tua and Waddle connection as the Dolphins are looking to give their young quarterback everything he needs.
#5. Penei Sewell, Detroit Lions: Four Years, $24 million
The Detroit Lions have a lot of questions to answer as they attempt to rebuild following the Matthew Stafford trade, but one thing is sure, whoever is playing quarterback will have a great tackle protecting him in Sewell.
