Ahead of Capital One’s ‘The Match’, Tom Brady would find every opportunity to go after the long tenured Packers quarterback. He even made fun of him with a Jeopardy gig, calling out the Packers quarterback’s hosting job this year.

Aaron Rodgers would get the last laugh, beating Brady, but that doesn’t mean that he was invincible to Tom Brady’s trolling during the game.

Tom Brady Pokes Fun At Aaron Rodgers’ Uncertainty With The Green Bay Packers During Golfing Match

Rodgers publicly came out this offseason to express his discontent with the Packers organization. He kept talking about how the culture and management style Green Bay had built up over recent years just wasn’t something you’d expect from a championship contending team.

Trade rumors started to fly as the situation only seemed to be worsening. The lowest point for Green Bay was when Rodgers held out mandatory minicamp. Shortly after, reports came out that Aaron Rodgers could opt out of the 2021-22 NFL season and still save money.

However, the date for that came and passed, and Rodgers did not elect to opt out this season, giving Packers fans some hope. At the same time, the Packers quarterback was also very hesitant to commit to playing with Green Bay this upcoming season as well.

All of this just culminated in Brady pouncing on the opportunity to make fun of his NFL rival. Tom Brady is the king of social media and trolling when it comes to the NFL, and he kept his reputation up during ‘The Match.’
