Perth Scorchers vs Sydney Sixers head to head: Perth vs Sixers head to head records in BBL history
Defending champions Perth Scorchers will be the last team to commence their Big Bash League 2022-23 journey in a recap of Big Bash League 2021-22 final against Sydney Sixers at their home ground tomorrow. While Perth score at a run rate of 8.34 at this venue, Sydney’s run rate of 7.9 here is the third-worst among all BBL teams.
In another firsts, Perth Stadium will be hosting its first BBL match of the year in what is a virtual Clash of the Titans between two most successful teams in the history of the Big Bash. Readers must note that Scorchers have won 11 and lost nine out of their 20 matches at this stadium.

In addition to winning BBL 11 final against this opposition convincingly, Perth have also emerged as the winner of their last four T20s against them.
Sixers, who had last defeated Scorchers over 20 months ago, would be keen to return to winning ways both against them and in this season. Unlike the home team, Sydney have already played and lost a match in BBL 12. A performance not up to the mark by their standards, Sixers will have eyes on making amends at a venue where they have won one and lost two BBL matches till date.
