Is Lebron James Playing Tonight vs Nuggets? Lakers Release Encouraging Availability Update for 38-Year-Old Superstar
LeBron James and the Lakers have managed to come really close to a play-in tournament. Considering they were 2-10 at the start of the season, even managing to come so close to the top 10 seeds in the Western Conference is a relatively impressive feat.
What makes the Lakers even more fascinating right now is that they have been without Anthony Davis for a while. Yet, in his absence, they have a 7-5 record. Moreover, the Lakers are currently on a 5-game winning streak. They would most likely want to continue it as they head to Denver.
Fortunately for the Lakers, LeBron James is expected to make an appearance against the top-seeded team in the conference.

LeBron James marked as probable against the Nuggets
In the latest injury report submitted by the Lakers, LeBron James has been marked as probable. His availability will most likely be a game-time decision. However, there is reason to believe that the 38-year-old star will most likely play against the Nuggets.
LeBron has been suffering from soreness in his left ankle for a few games. But fortunately for the Lakers, he has missed only one game recently and has played through the soreness for the last few games.
LBJ’s presence on Monday will be very crucial for the Lakers. They are up against the Nuggets and finally awfully close to the play-in tournament. If they lose this one, not only will their winning streak end but they will again get further away from the play-in tournament.

LeBron’s stats in 2022-23
LeBron James has been absolutely stunning this season. Despite being 38, he is playing like he is in his early 20s. The athleticism and the numbers have just been unbelievable.
Currently, LeBron is averaging 29.1 points per game. Moreover, he is also averaging 8.2 rebounds and 6.7 assists while shooting 51% of his field goals. Surprisingly, he has been terrible from the three-point line.
While LeBron was making 2.9 threes a game last season, his average has fallen down to 2 3pts per game on 29.5% efficiency, the second lowest in his entire career.
