“Without Bronny James And Bryce Maximus, I’d Go Insane”: LeBron James’ Love For His Sons Made Savannah Emotional
LeBron James achieved monumental success very early on in his life. At the age of 16, he was featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated and by the time he was a senior in high school, his basketball games for St. Vincent-St. Mary were being nationally televised.
Being labelled the ‘Chosen One’ while in the midst of your teenage years is quite the burden to carry. LeBron didn’t just match expectations though. He exceeded past them, beyond anybody’s wildest imagination. His success on the court was matched with his success off the court as well.
After having one of the most successful rookie campaigns in recent NBA history, LeBron would welcome in Bronny James, his first child, in October of 2004. He would then have his second child, Bryce Maximus James right before Game 4 of the 2007 NBA Finals.
LeBron James credits his sons for keeping him sane
LeBron James is a world class athlete and seems to be a world class father while at home as well. The 4x NBA champion, in a documentary of sorts back when Bryce Maximus was still a baby, revealed that without his two sons, he would have many more moments of insanity throughout a year.
“I tell Savannah, ‘If it weren’t for them [Bronny and Bryce], I’d probably go crazy a couple for times a year. My son is the only reason for why I’m still sane,” said James. In a heartfelt moment, LeBron explained that his sons never knew whether or not he had a bad game, they just wanted to spend time with their father.

Talking about how great of a father LeBron is even had his wife, Savannah James, in tears. Both Savannah and LeBron would get married in 2013, after having two children together and dating for over a decade.
LeBron James had a third child
The video shown above was from well before LeBron James and Savannah James welcomed in their third child, Zhuri Nova James. She was born in the same month as her eldest brother, Bronny, but in 2014, ten years apart from him.
Zhuri, while she doesn’t seem all too interested in playing basketball like her two older brothers, she does have her own YouTube channel called ‘All Things Zhuri’. She’s amassed well over 200,000 subscribers on her channel since its inception.
