LeBron James’ Wife, Savannah James Calls For Champagne to Be Popped After GoodYear Pays a Heartfelt Tribute to Her Alongside Blip
Savannah James may be a basketball wife that may give off a regal aura. But, the woman is so much more than that. While LeBron James gets on the court and uses the stage given to him to bring awareness to problems, his wife has been known to get her hands dirty and help countless local communities in any way she can.
Due to all she has done, James has gained quite a bit of recognition over the years. And as a result, Goodyear apparently wanted her on board for a very important project back in 2016. And now that it is up and flying… literally, the franchise took the time to throw it back to those times to explain exactly what was going on there. And it was something Savannah James couldn’t help but reshare.
Savannah James reshares Goodyear’s tribute to her and the blimp she christened in 2016
Savannah James may be a big deal in sunny Los Angeles. But back in Akron Ohio? Since she and her husband LeBron James are from there, the people couldn’t possibly obsess over them more than they do already.
Seeing that chance, when Goodyear needed a strong and influential woman to perform an age-old tradition for the company, they jumped at Savannah James in 2016. And now, 7 years later, the company decided to post a tribute to that time. Take a look at the Instagram post below.

To have such a progressive tradition from the 1920s is beyond admirable, especially considering the fact that it wasn’t done for any kind of publicity. This was purely progressive thinking, and a tradition that aged like absolute fine wine, unlike so many things from the same age. We hope fans can recognize how significant that is.
That aside though, how did Savannah James react to this? Did she have some words for this look-back? Or did she simply let it stand in all its glory?

The folks over at Goodyear are clearly in Savannah James’s good books. And while she may not join them physically, she’s clearly doing so in spirit through this Instagram story of hers.

Congratulations to all the folks involved with this certifiably historic blimp. We hope to see more of the same from them.
