“Charles Barkley, You Ain’t on The List”: Shaquille O’Neal Reminds Chuck That He Isn’t top-10 in Playoff 30-Point Games
Shaquille O’Neal is a man with many hobbies. He is a former NBA superstar, a successful businessman, an NBA analyst, an actor, a rapper, and DJ. But, if there is one thing Shaq loves to do more than anything it’s making fun of Charles Barkley.
The Big Aristotle has been working with Chuck for close to 12 years now. And, in that time, he has not let an opportunity to humiliate Charles slide by. Whether it’s calling him fat or ridiculing him for his lack of championship success. Of course, it is all in good spirits, but if a chance presents itself, Shaq will take aim.
That is exactly what happened on a recent episode of Inside the NBA. While on the topic of Stephen Curry, Ernie Johnson pointed out that the Chef is in the top-10 list of most 30-point games in the Playoffs. So, what did O’Neal do with that information? Well, he reminded the Round Mound of Rebound that he wasn’t on it.
Shaquille O’Neal reminds Charles Barkley that he doesn’t have many 30-point performances in the Playoffs
Back in the day, Shaquille O’Neal was quite the performer. In particular, Big Diesel always showed up in the Playoffs and was a source of much concern for his opponents. His four NBA Championships are proof of that.
In fact, he even has the stats to back it up. As things stand, Shaq has the eighth most 30-point Playoff performances in NBA history. With 55 games to his name, there can be no denying his greatness. Although, it pales in comparison to some of the top dogs like LeBron James, Michael Jordan, and Kobe Bryant.
That being said, he did take solace in the fact that he is miles ahead of Charles Barkley. Shaq took the opportunity to remind Sir Charles on the most recent Inside The NBA, that he sits 24th all-time, not even cracking the top 20.

It certainly is an interesting fact, but an unnecessary one to throw in Charles’ face. However, if things go as planned, Shaq could slowly find himself moving down the list.
Stephen Curry is just one 30-point game away from equalling Shaq’s record
Shaquille O’Neal may be in the top 10 list as of now, but that could change very soon. Apart from some of the other active players like James Harden, Kawhi Leonard, and Giannis Antetokounmpo, there is one person who is inching closer to overtaking Big Diesel. After his superb performance last night, Stephen Curry is just one game away from equalling Shaq’s record.
Steph Curry has another exceptional game as the @warriors even the series at 2-2 with a Game 4 win!

Sir Charles maybe further down the list, but give it a few years and even Shaq may find himself outside the top 10.
