“Unlike You Little…”: LeBron James Just Can’t Stop Abusing Dillon Brooks’ Grizzlies After Beating Them Out of the Playoffs
LeBron James and the Lakers have beat the 2nd seed of the Western Conference to progress into the 2nd round, something that’s beyond a big deal considering where this franchise started its season. And now, the team gets to look forward with a smile at the things to come. Yet, the King doesn’t seem to want to do that just yet. You see, the Grizzlies said a lot about him during this series, not least of which was of course, Dillon Brooks calling him old and disrespecting him. So in return, not only did the man not shake Memphis’s hands after beating them out of the building, but it appears that the man decided to pile it on even more on Instagram, and then on Twitter.
LeBron James has had enough of Dillon Brooks and the Memphis Grizzlies
When you poke the bear, you usually get the claws and the teeth biting your head off. And as the whole world considered a foregone conclusion after Brooks disrespected LeBron James, that’s exactly what happened.
However, perhaps what makes it worse is, the bear in question here is not one that respects etiquette either. Or at least, he doesn’t feel the need to anymore, as he broke a generations-old NBA tradition after knocking the Grizzlies out. The man decided to throw shaking the losers’ hands right out of the window, as per FOX Sports after he kicked them out of the playoffs. There is only so much a man can take, and evidently, James had gone far beyond his boiling point.
Then, as if that wasn’t enough, he put out a not-so-subtle post on Instagram about the franchise he and his squad had beaten to a pulp in the first round. Here is LeBron James’s post on the social media app below.

“If you ever see me fighting in the forest with a Grizzly bear, HELP THE BEAR”
However, to add the cherry on top of the gargantuan pile of whipped cream already on this ice cream sundae, there is more to it here. Yes, James proceeded to then tweet out what seemed to be rap lyrics. And as you can probably tell, they follow exactly the same theme as his two other actions. Here is LeBron James’s post from Twitter.
Unlike you little 🤬I’m a grown ass man
Big shoes to fill 🤬, grown ass pants
Prolly hustled with your pops, go ask your parents
Its apparent you’re staring at a legend
Who, put a few little 🤬in the they place before
Trying to eat without saying they grace before! 🤫👑— LeBron James (@KingJames) April 29, 2023

Could we be seeing LeBron James get as petty as Stephen Curry did during last year’s playoffs? Given the turmoil his Lakers have been in for the longest time, it would certainly make sense for him to take it out on the entire NBA. And after having endured such disrespect in just round 1, something tells us there is a lot more to come here. After all, you just don’t poke LeBron James if you want anyone but him to win the NBA championship.
