Watch: Stephen Curry’s Wife Ayesha Gives a Rare Peak Inside Her San Francisco Condo She Prefers Over $30 Million Mansion
Back in 2020, Stephen Curry and his wife Ayesha Curry bought a $30 million mansion in Atherton, California. However, it apparently takes the couple around 40 minutes to get to the city from the house. Due to the regular commitments and travel involved, the couple decided to buy a condo in the Bay Area. The decision seems to have worked out for the Golden State Warriors’ star, for multiple reasons.
Ayesha Curry recently partnered with Pottery Barn in order to “reimagine” the luxury condo. On Instagram, Ayesha gave fans a sneak peek into their “family retreat” home, which she apparently prefers over the $30 million Atherton home.

Considering Stephen Curry’s jam-packed schedule most of the year, there are bound to be regular commitments that demand his presence in the city. The same is true for Ayesha Curry, who is a chef and an entrepreneur herself.
The short Instagram clip gives fans a view of a range of accessories, furniture, and other home décor products that Ayesha got from Pottery Barn. This included a range of showpieces, lamps, wall paintings, and other items that seemed to have completely transformed their home.

Ayesha had previously claimed that she found the condo “more homely” than the Atherton mansion that the couple owns. However, the partnership with Pottery Barn seems to have resulted in a huge improvement as well. Ayesha claimed the following on Instagram:
“I’ve teamed up with @PotteryBarn to reimagine our family’s San Francisco home and create an oasis that authentically captures the essence of our family.”
Ayesha and Stephen Curry were close to buying a luxury condo in Downtown San Francisco
Before the couple stumbled upon the Bay Area condo, they were close to buying a luxury condo in Downtown San Francisco. However, the two ended up pulling out without any specific reason.
The decision seems to have worked out in their favor. Ayesha had claimed that the Bay Area home gives her a homely feel. She said that it allowed them to have a normal pace of life. She also mentioned that it let her have dinner with their children in the city.
Considering the 40-minute one-way drive and the kind of schedule the two are bound to have, the decision seems to make perfect sense. What’s more, the Downtown building they had initially chosen was built close to the Chase Center. The property has apparently struggled to sell its home units. Only 13 of the available 146 homes reportedly sold until now.
