Eric Lewis, Who Stole From LeBron James and Gifted Calls to Jayson Tatum, Gets Exposed For Having Burner Accounts
Multiple NBA fans have outed a Twitter account belonging to referee Eric Lewis. Lewis had been criticized for failing to call a foul on LeBron James caused by Jayson Tatum. This took place during a regular season game in late January. This stolen call on LeBron James call led to the LA Lakers losing in overtime during a period when even making the Playoffs seemed difficult. Lewis has been continuously criticized for his calls in recent years and is currently in his 19th NBA season. He has also been accused of favoring the Boston Celtics.
A long-term Celtics fan, Lewis has been accused multiple times of supporting the Celtics via his calls. Twitter user @AricToler revealed how Lewis had used his personal AOL account for the registration of the burner account.
Eric Lewis exposed for defending Boston Celtics, attacking LA Lakers fans via burner account
Lewis was heavily criticized earlier this season when he failed to call a foul on LeBron James. A Twitter user initially claimed that Lewis was using a burner account with the username @CuttliffBlair. The account was created in 2015 and seems to have replied to a plethora of tweets that criticized Eric Lewis.
The referee has also posted multiple replies defending his own performances during Boston Celtics games. This includes the game 7 of the recent series between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Boston Celtics, that Celtics won 4-3.
Among multiple replies, the burner account sarcastically claimed that Eric Lewis was the one who scored 51 points in game 7. It was Jayson Tatum who had done so.

Lewis, who is known to belong to a family full of Boston Celtics supporters, has been on a rampage on Twitter recently. As recently as May 23rd, Lewis responded to a post claiming that he was a Celtics fan.
Apart from defending himself, Lewis seems to have posted multiple replies defending other referees as well. His AOL account registration serves as proof of the burner account belonging to him.
The account was created in 2015. Been on a war mission toward the end of this season and through the postseason. It has zero (0) followers and hilariously only follows these 5 accounts. ššš his wife is the head coach for George Mason WBB.

However, a brief reading of the replies he has posted also serves as enough proof of the account owner. The burner account also follows only 5 Twitter accounts, one of them belonging to the George Mason Womenās Basketball team, which is coached by his wife.
NBA referee Eric Lewis mistakenly drops proof of hating Lakers fans
Lewis seemed to be criticizing Lakers fans in particular. He seemed to suggest that fans needed to hold their players accountable instead of blaming the referees for their losses.
The LA Lakers were swept by Nikola Jokicās Nuggets. Despite Lewis not being part of the officiating team, he claimed that the Lakers were āflat out beatenā because they could not cope with Jamal Murray or Jokic.
This dude *hates* the Lakers (or at least their fans, can't blame him) pic.twitter.com/o9YhS5odJ5

Whatās more, he also criticized one of the LA Lakersā fan accounts for making up fake stats against his officiating. Furthermore, he suggested that the LA Lakers needed āhelp from the refereesā in order to have a chance against the Denver Nuggets.
There is a chance that his blatant responses might be due to the plethora of criticism Eric Lewis has received from Lakers fans in recent months. However, the crude language that he has used suggests that the general claim of him hating the Lakers and their fans might just be true.
His responses also show a defensiveness that has no use in a season that has been littered with bad calls. The outrage around Eric Lewis never seems to stop. This is not the first time and it is unlikely to be the last time.
