The WNBA season is underway and many NBA personalities have been attending games to display their support for the sport. Recently, Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal was seen sharing a heartwarming moment with Las Vegas Aces star, Candace Parker following a game. A few days later, Parker shared another heartwarming moment on her Instagram, this time with Shaq and her Inside the NBA partner, Charles Barkley.

Parker is a WNBA legend and a pioneer in women’s basketball. However, she has also forged a media career with prominent platforms. Parker can also be seen on the sets of commercials, where she often runs into her peers.

The 37-year-old recently ran into Charles Barkley on the sets of a Subway commercial. The two shared a heartwarming moment on the Subway shoot. Meeting after a long time, both Chuck and Parker seemed a bit hesitant on how to greet each other.

Barkley tried to break the ice by complimenting her for smelling good. Parker appreciated the compliment and laughed it off as the Chuckster proceeded to indulge in some friendly banter. He told Parker,

“Damn!… You smell good too! What’s that? Is that Brut? Soap on a Rope?”

Parker could say nothing but laugh and blurt out, “This guy!”

Both Shaq and Charles have always been huge supporters of Parker. And, as she is now in the twilight years of her career, that support has increased tenfold.

Candace Parker is likely to hang up her boots soon. The three-time NBA Champion would certainly look for a media job after her stint in the WNBA. Her chemistry with Shaq and Chuck could be the harbinger of Parker’s stint with TNT.
