Keyshawn Johnson Reveals Other School Coaches Helped Oregon To Defeat Deion Sanders’ Colorado
Week 4 loss to Oregon came as a big roadblock to Colorado’s increasing popularity in college sports. Deion Sanders was certainly far from happy with the outcome, but given the fact that the Buffs headed to the game 21 points underdog, many believed that they were going to have a tough time. However, the complete domination from Oregon was something that came as a big surprise.
In his recent take on the Colorado vs. Oregon matchup in Undisputed, Keyshawn Johnson revealed that other school coaches were also involved in preparing Oregon against Coach Prime’s Colorado. Implying that other schools’ coaches are fearful of his sudden dominance in the landscape of college football.
Keyshawn Johnson Reveals Other School Coaches Prepared Oregon To Beat Deion Sanders’ Colorado
It was just another day at Undisputed with Skip Bayless, Michael Irvin, Keyshawn Johnson, and Richard Sherman when Johnson dropped a massive bomb on the collective effort from other school coaches to defeat Coach Prime. He brought this up after the conversation regarding “jealousy” being a factor in downing Coach Prime.

“So I spoke to somebody in the coaching fraternity right after the game,” the three-time Pro Bowler stated. “And they know some people that coach at Oregon, and they was telling me, they said, ‘Man, I’ve never heard from another assistant coach of how much information was being given to that staff… about game planning against Colorado so they can beat them.”
He further said, “I ain’t gonna disclose no names, but y’all know who I’m talking about if you watching.” What Prime brings to the table is something not many coaches are capable of doing. He entirely changed one of the worst teams in college football after revamping the roster in just a few months’ time. Not only that, but the Prime Effect has given more to the city of Boulder than it has received from a football program ever before.
Fans React To Keyshawn’s Comment
Soon after the episode, the revelation went viral in no time. Many fans backed Deion Sanders for being the lone ranger against all schools while others stated that it’s normal for coaches to exchange information about other schools. But rest aside most of them were happy to talk about the visible “jealousy” from others watching Colorado gain national attention with Coach Prime.
“If you’re in a group chat to beat the formerly 1-11 buffaloes because of Deion you should quit coaching,” one fan said. While another stated, “Oh this happens all the time but I can guarantee the good ole boy network held classes for this game lol.” Despite a hammering loss in week 4, Colorado does not seem to step down from the trend ladder and with the approaching USC game, it is only going to go up.
