Jason Kelce & Travis Kelce Hilariously Argue Over Who Can Chug Beers Faster; “I Heard Liquid Hitting the Black Wooden Floor”
Aside from their on-field accolades, Travis Kelce and his brother Jason have a reputation for consistently delighting their fans. In the duo’s recent conversation, they hilariously sparred about who would win in a ‘chug off’. They kept at it for a while, each insisting on their claims of superior chugging prowess.
In a recent episode of the “New Heights” podcast show, the Kelce brothers discussed their recent outing in a baseball game. Jason briefly made an appearance on the jumbotron, with a beer in his hand, which apparently drove the audience wild.
Travis Kelce and His Brother Jason Discusses ‘Chug Off’ Battle
The Kelce brothers are the heart and soul of any NFL party. And as fans know, their chug-offs have been legendary. In the show, when the duo discussed their outing, Travis accused Jason of not remembering the ‘chug off’ score, which stemmed from their jumbotron appearance. Travis exclaimed, “This has been settled in the past, like three chugs. That’s what we’ve had…you can’t remember the new heights… we were racing it,” as Jason apparently felt they were simply shotgunning beers.
Travis claimed that he triumphed in the last three chug-offs with his brother. However, Jason felt that wasn’t a ‘race’, as his brother didn’t even finish the whole beer.
He added, “It wasn’t a race. It was just like a – we are going to shotgun these beers together.” Jason also included, “You can go back to that tape. There’s beer flying out of your can. You just threw you can, and acted like you were done,” to which Travis replied, “It was all foam!“
There was no winner in this banter, which soon came to an end. They couldn’t agree on the winner, but they enjoyed reminiscing about those good times. After all, their chug-offs, especially Jason’s, have been for a good cause.
A Beer Chugg-Off for a Noble Cause
Jason Kelce, the Pro Bowler center of the Philadelphia Eagles, recently hosted his third annual celebrity bartending event in Sea Isle City, New Jersey. It was aimed at raising funds and awareness for the Eagles Autism Foundation. Taking place back in June, it drew a massive crowd that extended across several blocks. At the heart of the festivities was Jason himself, engaging with fans and leading activities such as beer-chugging contests. His efforts were centered around supporting this charitable cause.
The fundraiser proved to be a remarkable success, generating over $380,000. Fans warmly responded to the NFL star’s heartfelt approach, appreciating his genuine connection with both them and Philadelphia’s passionate community.
Kelce’s teammates joined the event to show their support. The event showcased the power of athletes using their influence to make a positive impact on their community and raised substantial funds for the Eagles Autism Foundation.
