Bangladesh vs Afghanistan Live Telecast In India: When and where to watch BAN vs AFG Dhaka Test?

45 months after first playing a Test match against one another, Bangladesh and Afghanistan will be locking horns for the second time in this format tomorrow onwards. A one-off fixture will kick-start an all-format Afghanistan’s tour of Bangladesh – fourth time when they will be playing bilateral cricket in the country.

In what was only their third Test match, Afghanistan had defeated Bangladesh by a comprehensive margin of 224 runs to register their second victory in the history of Test cricket. Spinner Rashid Khan, who had led Afghanistan back then, however, won’t be playing this match as his workload is being managed.

On a similar note, Bangladesh will take the field without captain Shakib Al Hasan, who is injured at the moment. Hence, first-time captains in this format, Litton Das and Hashmatullah Shahidi will lead Bangladesh and Afghanistan at the Shera Bangla National Stadium respectively.

Indian fans must note that no television channel will be broadcasting a one-off Test between Bangladesh and Afghanistan in the country. As was the case during England and Ireland’s tours of Bangladesh earlier this year, this match will also be live streamed on a streaming platform in India.

FanCode, which has been a saviour for cricket fans in the country multiple times in the recent years of late, will be streaming this fixture on both its website and mobile application. Interested fans will have to buy a paid subscription costing INR 19 (valid for one match) if they don’t already have a monthly or annual subscription. It is noteworthy that there’s also a provision for a tour pass which will cost a fan INR 79.

Speaking of Bangladesh and Afghanistan, fans living in both the countries will be able to watch this series on television channels namely Gazi TV & T-Sports and RTA Sport respectively.

Applications such as Rabbitholebd and Toffee will be live streaming the match in Bangladesh. Fans in rest of the world, meanwhile, will be able to follow the action on the YouTube channel of Rabbitholebd Sports.
